We offer a 24 hour cancellation policy, as some orders are finished after ordering, you can cancel an order, you must supply a written request to cancel your order within 24 orders to hello@katiealizeart.com accompanied by proof of purchase.

Original artwork and commissioned artwork cannot be returned, replaced or exchanged. But please reach out to hello@katiealizeart.com if you require assistance. If a refund is necessary, the refund will be processed via the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" eg custom-made artworks, are not eligible for return or refund.
