I am most inspired by the natural world, and the way both art and nature can improve our mindset. I have healed through art, and I believe others can feel that when they view the work I create.
Colour psychology, mental health, personal growth, body image, and relationships all play a big part in my work.
Without going too much into personal experiences, I know how important it is to prioritise healing, mentally, physically, spiritually.
A lot of my practice is the exploration of being in control and letting go of control, which is my own personal way to work through my own anxiety and rumination.
The first layers are always unpredictable, thought out in terms of colour placement, but unpredictable with the chemical reactions I create, I then refine these ‘chaos’ layers and find the harmony within them, adding new layers and balancing the composition to create calm and natural feeling finished pieces.

My artistic journey began in 2016, when I first started experimenting with fluid art and discovered a new way to express myself through abstract art. Before this I did a lot of fantasy and dark painting to move through different phases of my life.
This exploration naturally evolved in 2017, as I began working with resin, and adding more elements to my work, with the defining moment in 2018 when I incorporated ink into my practice, allowing me to create more chemical reactions, depth, texture, and movement within my pieces.
What started as a creative outlet, quickly became an obsessive passion for capturing the beauty in the natural world, while healing from things in my own life through art.

My art is for those who want to create a space that feels grounding, calming, and connected, while bringing a sense of energy through shifting reflections, glowing and shimmering colours, and details that reveal themselves differently throughout the day.
I hope my collectors feel the connection between nature and the mind, using each artwork as an opportunity for personal connection. The piece they choose becomes more than something to admire; it becomes a reminder of their own experiences, emotions, and relationship with the world around them.
