Katie Alize was commissioned to create a collection of six bespoke 100 cm abstract artworks for the Signature Suites at The Palazzo at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas.

Created in a deep palette of blue, each piece combines ink, mixed media and resin to produce layered compositions with depth, movement and a highly polished finish. The works were designed as a cohesive collection, bringing a contemporary artistic presence into the refined interiors of the Signature Suites.

The scale of the six artworks allows the individual pieces to make a strong visual impact within the spacious suite interiors, while the consistent blue palette creates continuity across the collection.

Layers of fluid ink and mixed media create organic movement throughout each composition, with resin adding depth and luminosity to the finished surfaces. The reflective quality of the resin allows the artworks to respond to the surrounding light, subtly changing as they are viewed from different angles.
