This piece is a multiple layered, original mixed media and resin artwork on a high grade, museum quality birch wood cradled art panel with lightweight aluminum reinforcements. Ready to hang.
The edges of the art panel will be painted deep pink to match the artwork.
For ‘Goddess’, due to the size and my current order demand, the dispatch time will be 2-3 weeks to allow for top coating time.
The meaning behind Goddess :
I channeled a lot of intense feelings into Goddess, the colour choices are all inspired by divine femininity and our bodies, with links to the natural connection between womanhood and natural, our cycles depicted by various tones of the red colour choices that were carefully chosen and mixed.
We deserve to feel empowered. We deserve to accept ourselves no matter what. We deserve the right to make choices about our bodies and how we choose to live. We deserve freedom and love and appreciation.

What happens when I order an original artwork?
A resin top coat is when epoxy resin is used to finish an artwork for a shiny finish. Each piece gets top coated with clear UV protective resin after ordering, this gives the piece a luxurious professional shiny finish. This process is done after purchase to ensure the best finish ready for it's new home. If you have a special preference for the edge colours to better match your home, you can email hello@katiealizeart.com and Katie can paint them a custom colour for you instead.

Each piece comes ready to hang, with the art panel type written into the description of the artwork, all art panels are cradled, meaning they have an inset area on the back that makes putting artwork onto a wall very easy, you just need a secure screw in the wall.
